Delivery Information

Free over $100.00 + GST, otherwise a $5.00 + GST charge is applied.

Your delivery arrives by "Courier Post".

Orders placed before 4.30pm will be dispatched on the same day (Monday – Friday).

Orders placed after 4.30pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Is Delivery FAST? As standard, we use NZ Couriers Overnight Service.

Urgent deliveries - Yes, give us a call on 0800-559-339, we can usually assist.

Delivery to Domestic Address's - NZ Couriers target is to deliver the next day at the latest.

Delivery to Business Address's - NZ Couriers target is to deliver by 9am the next day

Track & Trace? Yes. We email a dispatch notification to you. A hyperlink is included which
allows you to follow your order to your door.

Order Fulfilment - We take pride in our above 97% fulfillment rate. There will be very
few times that we do not 100% fulfill your order.

Pick-ups - Sorry no, all orders received are sent out by Courier.

South Island Orders - Sent from Christchurch Distribution Centre.

North Island Orders - Sent from Auckland Distribution Centre.

Postage Stamps -

Because of their high value and "legal tender" status, we split out stamps from your order & deliver them under their own delivery consignment #. This enables us to track & trace stamps independently to your door. From your perspective, stamps are delivered, invoiced and charged to your Credit Card separately. This is an automated process which does not effect your original orders freight free status (had you ordered over $100.00 + GST).

Claims must be made within 10 working days $30 + GST "Restocking Fee" will be charged on items "Ordered in Error".

This fee will not apply should we have delivered goods that are faulty, out-of-date or over-supplied.

If the item is in 100% resalable condition we will accept it as a return, and generate a Returns Authorisation (RA) for you.

We will action a CourierPost Courier collection from your address at our cost.

A $ credit will be automatically generated when the item is received back into the warehouse.
