Returns Policy:

I received the wrong product, what do I do?

If we sent you the incorrect product, we will put it right at no cost to you. We will have the correct product despatched immediately including a returns ticket for the incorrect product. All we ask of you is to help us get the incorrect product back to us.

I accidently ordered the wrong product, what do I do?

Firstly, we will make arrangements with you to get the correct product on its way so that you aren’t held up, and you will need to pay for this extra item plus any freight. Along with sending you the correct product we will also send you a returns ticket so you can send the incorrect product back. Once we receive this back, we will refund you for the value of that product.

However, if it is an ink or toner and you have opened it, it is non-refundable by us or the manufacturers as it is deemed used/second-hand. There is a bit more paperwork required for the return of inks and toners.

We offer free delivery on all NZ orders over $100.00 + GST.

If your order is under $100.00 + GST a flat rate of $4.95 + GST will be applied.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed with us Monday – Friday before 3.00pm will be dispatched the same day you order.

Orders placed with us on the weekend will be dispatched on the coming Monday.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Normally speaking for domestic and business deliveries the courier networks aim for next day delivery. Please note that delivery networks are under continuous and rising pressure and as such there may be a delay in the delivery of your order. In summary allow 1 - 3 working days for major cities, however, please allow an extra 1 – 3 days for rural deliveries.

How can I track my order?

Please request and we can provide the full track and trace details so you can follow your order on its journey to your door.

Do you have a physical store, and do you allow pick-up?

No, sorry. We are an online store and 95% of our products are drop-shipped from our suppliers warehouses direct to you. We have no physical location other than an office for you to come to. Therefore, courier is the only option.

Which courier companies does Stationery Online use?

As we mentioned above 95% of our products are drop-shipped directly from our suppliers to you. Each of our suppliers has their preference in terms of which courier company they use.

The common ones are; NZ Couriers, NZ Post and Post Haste. The level of service and reliability you receive from these different courier companies can vary a lot between regions.

Will my order be fulfilled 100% in full?

Yes of course, however as we explain here our orders can be fulfilled from different supplier warehouses across NZ so your order may be delivered in a few consignments, and at different times and/or days, but be assured it will be fulfilled 100%.

What if I order a product that is out of stock and your website said it was in stock?

Yes, from time to time we do get caught out when a supplier of ours is either out of stock of a product, or even discontinued a product. If this happens to your order our first response is to find an alternative for you with your consent but if we cannot find an alternative, or you decline that offer, we simply refund your card for the full value of that item including GST.
